As we do in all Bank of America FHA short sales we quickly secured an offer and submitted a clean Bank of America FHA short sale package to the Bank of America FHA Short sale department.

Now if you remember from previous posts, FHA short sales are a two-step process. The first step is to get the ATP and the second step is for the offer to be accepted. We received theATP in right at 30 days and are now in the process of getting the offer approved. This should be a no brainer because our net is well above what Bank of America / FHA are requesting. With this approval we will be able to keep another property from falling into foreclosure, the seller will walk away from over $300,000 in debt and did I tell you – we were also able to negotiate off a $10,000 home improvement loan the seller will not have to pay back – how great is that?!
