32 days. Great story here. Now anyone who knows me knows I love working on CalHFA Short Sales.
The folks at CalHFA are
great people. In this particular case CalHFA was the investor and Guild Mortgage
was the servicer. I enjoy working on Guild Short Sales as well.
This young family had a
bonafide hardship, they were behind in their payments and had nowhere else to
turn. We met at their kitchen table one evening and it was apparent we could
help them. Within 10 days we had the property listed and after selecting one of
the seven offers we received we ready to submit the Guild Short Sale package.
