the fight (banks, value, appraisers etc.) that we forget to remember the good.
I had the opportunity to be reminded of the good on a recent West Sacramento Short Sale I am working on.
The seller was elderly and afraid.
With limited income and a house full of dependents ends were not being met. The
seller related to me that many months they had to decide to buy food or make

relocation expenses and we found a non FHA / VA buyer to make an
acceptable offer. Within weeks we had our approval from Wells Fargo and are in
the process of closing the escrow.
We overcame the lack of technology
and mobility by having our runner drop off & pick up any documents needing
the seller's signature and overcame the reluctance to show the property by
having weekend "Realtor Only" opens. Where there's a will there's a
way and this one is going to end well for all.
